Delica Beads by Miyuki are small cylinder shaped glass seed beads. Delicas are ideal for stitches such as peyote (gourd stitch), loom work, brick stitch and more, that require consistency in shape and size. Miyuki Delica beads fit snuggly together or into place, like little ’tiles’. The larger holes in these Japanese seed beads allow for many passes of your thread and needle. These beautiful glass beads are made in Japan by Miyuki Co, Ltd. This larger size Delica even allows for stringing on cording with a diameter of 1.4mm or less.

Aurora Borealis (AB) – an iridescent coating which produces an oil slick look. It is sometimes called rainbow or iris. The base color of the bead does influence how the final bead color ‘reads’.
